Who can order from TITBITS?
TITBITS sells only to businesses in hospitality, such as hotels and hotel groups. We don't sell to consumers. To order, you request a trade account with your Chamber of Commerce (KvK) details. Once approved, you see trade prices and can order right away.
What is the minimum order?
10 pieces per product. Not sure where to start? The Hotel Starter Set combines five hotel bestsellers, 10 pieces each, at a set price.
Do I need to sign a contract?
No. There are no contracts and no fixed delivery schedule. You order when you need to.
How fast do you deliver?
Orders usually ship within 3 business days, throughout the EU.
How long do the products keep?
Every order is packed to order. We guarantee at least 12 months of shelf life on delivery.
What if a product doesn't sell?
Unopened products can be exchanged for other TITBITS products within 3 months.
How do I pay?
You pay directly when you place your order. There are no invoices afterwards.
What does the packaging look like?
Every product comes in neutral outer packaging with a playful product name and a short description, such as "waterbased lube, 50ml". There are no explicit images, so it fits naturally in a minibar, on a nightstand or on a reception display.
Are rechargeable products ready to use?
Yes. Rechargeable products, such as Easy Lover and The Egg, are delivered charged.
Where do hotels usually offer the products?
In the minibar, on the in-room menu, on a reception display or in a 24/7 hotel shop.
We have several hotels. Can we order for all of them at once?
Yes. One account covers all your locations. You order and pay in one go, and we deliver to each hotel separately. You always have one personal contact.
What is in the range?
